We have 3 levels of Service Support with Stallion.
1st Level Service: This is done with your own Factory team. Our Stallion Team will train your machine operators with all the basic trouble shooting, maintenance and parts replacement procedures during the machine installation and training. We also provide sufficient extra quantities of wear and tear spare parts along with the machine. If any spare part is worn out, your machine operator can check the profile output quality and then adjust / clean / repair / replace the part. As the spare parts are readily available with you, your technician can quickly replace the part. Once you replace a particular spare part, it is advisable to order it from Taiwan immediately so that there is no machine down time in the future.
2nd Level Service: This is done online, with the help from Stallion’s Service Team online. Your machine operator will show the live operation through video and show the machine problem and our Stallion Technical team will check the live video and suggest the right remedies to resolve the issue. A good Internet connectivity is most important at the factory site to enable quick troubleshooting and resolution of the problem. 99% of the machine issues are solved between the first and second level service.
3rd Level Service: Our Stallion team will come directly to your place to repair the machine parts. Normally this kind of 3rd level service is not used unless there is a major calamity like flood / complete negligence / total damage of the system.

All Hercules Multi Profile machines have motorized roller movements and hence it takes faster to change. The entire web change process will take about 30 to 45 minutes.

Hercules Mini comes with 3 profiles preconfigured and you can order 3 more profiles at a later date. In other systems, they come with fully loaded web sizes.

Hercules Solo – 1 Web sizes is possible. Popular size is 150mm.
Hercules Mini: 3 Web sizes between 89mm to 250mm is possible. Popular combo is 89m +150mm + 250mm.
Hercules 2.0 (250): 6 Web sizes between 75mm to 250mm is possible. Popular combo is 75m + 89mm + 100mm + 150mm + 200mm + 250mm.
Hercules 2.0, Hercules 2.5 and Hecules 3.0: 6 Web sizes between 89mm to 300mm is possible. Popular combo is 89mm + 100mm + 150mm + 200mm + 250mm + 300mm.

The Versa A2 and A3 systems have all the punches already in the system. We only need to move the rollers to pre fixed slots and change the shear blade system. This entire process will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour max.
The Versa A4X and A5X have motorized roller movements and hence it takes faster to change. The entire process will take about 30 minutes.

You can order one more size in the Versa A2 machine. But not possible to add more profiles in Versa A3, A4X and A5X machines.

No, it is not possible to produce 2 profiles simultaneously. You need to produce one web size first and after completion, you can change the web size in the machine and proceed to produce the second web size.

Zeal 1.0 is suitable for Pods, Portacabins and ground floor structures.
Zeal 1.2 is suitable for Pods, Portacabins, 1 to 3 floor Structures and small sheds
Zeal 1.6 is suitable for Pods, Portacabins, 1 to 4 floor structure, sheds and warehouses.

The Equivalent for Framecad F325iT is Zeal 1.2 and
the Equivalent of Framecad F450iT is Zeal 1.6
